Bicycles are vehicles and have as much right to use the road as other vehicles. But many cyclists don't feel safe riding their bikes outside their own neighborhoods. Sign the petition asking the Baton Rouge Mayor-President and Metro Council to improve conditions and safety for both motorists and cyclists throughout East Baton Rouge Parish.
